Olivier Rijckaert

Olivier Rijckaert is a lawyer at the Brussels Bar, specializing in labor law since 1995.

As a certified mediator in civil and commercial matters, he helps companies, executives, and employees resolve their disputes quickly, discreetly, and constructively, through judicial or extrajudicial mediation.

Olivier worked in prestigious Brussels and international law firms (Loeff Claeys Verbeke, Allen & Overy, Bird & Bird, Fieldfisher) before founding Sotra HR Lawyers, which he managed for 10 years as Managing Partner. For 10 years, he taught Advanced Labor Law at the ULB and served as a Surrogate Judge at the Labor Court of Liège (Namur Division).

His practice is recognized by Chambers, Best Lawyers, Leaders League, and Legal 500, which named him “Leading Individual” in 2024.

Olivier is trilingual in French, Dutch, and English.
